Delicious Butter Mushroom Curry: A Flavorful Blend of Spices Oil and Butter

    # 500g button mushrooms, sliced or full
    # 2 tablespoons butter
    # 2 tablespoons oil
    # 1 onion, finely chopped
    # 2 tomatoes, pureed
    # 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
    # 1 teaspoon chicken masala
    # 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    # 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    # 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    # 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    # Salt to taste
    # Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

Clean mashrooms with wheat flour.  Add hot water in a pot and put all mashroom in it for 10 minutes and clean them. Remove water after cleaning and wash the pot. Take cleaned mashrooms and add Chicken masala powder, spices, salt and lamon as required. Marinade the mixture and rest it for 30 minutes.

In a pan heat butter over medium heat, add mashrooms in it, add some spices as required. Toss the mixture gently and mix for 5 minutes.

In a cooker, heat oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, cumin and sauté until onion golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste, stir the sauté for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld together.  Add the tomato puree or chopped Tomato and cook until the oil separates from the mixture. This process helps to enhance the taste and aroma of the curry.  

Now, it's time to add the spices! Sprinkle the chicken masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder into the cooker. Stir well to ensure the spices coat the mixture evenly. Tie lid and cook it until 2 whistle of a cooker.

Carefully open lid of a cooker and add the button mushrooms to the cooker. Stir gently to coat the mushrooms with the flavorful spice mixture. Allow the mushrooms to cook for about 5-7 minutes until they become tender or upto 1 whistle of a cooker.

Once cooked, transfer the Butter Mushroom Curry to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves to add a touch of freshness and visual appeal.
